Kraft in The Conversation: Sportswriters must 'be better' in press conference interviews

SSI Director Nicole Kraft wrote recently in The Conversation about the ways in which sports press conferences are compromised by poor questions and can be improved by taking the chess approach to interviewing she outlines in her book, "Always Get the Name of the Dog."
