Data Analytics: Arihant Aneja and William Sorg

Arihant is a third-year studying Computer & Info Science from Cleveland, Ohio. Along with SSI, he serves as the marketing co-chair for Hindu YUVA at OSU. He hopes to work in the field of MLB Research & Development after graduation and enjoys spending time with his family and close friends.

William is a fourth-year statistics and mathematics major from St. Louis, Missouri. Outside of SSI, he serves as the president of the Sports Analytics Association, works as a sports intelligence intern with Ohio State Football, and conducts undergraduate research at the Knowlton School. After graduation, he plans to pursue a graduate degree in statistics. In his free time, he enjoys running, discovering new restaurants, and spending time outdoors with friends."    

SSI Cohort: Lexi Kupka

Lexie is a fourth-year studying in Strategic Communications with a minor in media production and analysis from Chester, New Jersey. In addition to SSI, she plays on Ohio State's women’s lacrosse team. In the future, she hopes to work for a professional sports team’s foundation/nonprofit. In her free time, she enjoys trying new coffee shops and restaurants around Columbus.

Reilly is a fourth-year in journalism with minors in business and media production and analysis, from Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He is also the managing sports editor for The Lantern and hopes to become a beat writer for an NBA team in the future. He enjoys watching sports, playing golf and hanging out with friends and family in his free time.

Noah is a second-year from Cleveland, Ohio, majoring in journalism with a minor in media production and analysis. In addition to SSI, he is a broadcaster from Scarlet and Gray Sports Radio, Big Ten Plus and a reporter for The Lantern.

Blake is a fifth-year journalism major with a minor in media production and analysis from Columbus, Ohio. In addition to SSI, he works with Ohio State Athletics Communications and writes for The Lantern. He hopes to pursue a career in sports communication and media relations after graduation. In his free time, he enjoys following sports, listening to music and spending time with friends.

Conner is a fourth-year journalism student from Grove City, Ohio. Alongside SSI, he is the web editor for The Lantern. Conner hopes to professionally write about sports or the arts. In his free time, he writes novels and watches football, Formula One and basketball.

Marissa is a third–year Journalism major from Las Vegas. In addition to being an events intern with SSI, she is also VP of Outreach for the SSI student chapter and involved with the Law and Society Scholars Program. Marissa hopes to pursue a career in the sport and entertainment industry, and loves to be around friends and family in her free time.

Brenna is a second-year Finance major from Findlay, Ohio. In addition to SSI, she is a member of Mu Sigma Lambda and the Vice President of the Business of Retail Association. In her free time she loves to watch sports, go to concerts, and spend time with family and friends.
