Please join The Sports and Society Initiative, in partnership with Ohio State's College of Social Work, LiFE Sports and Anamoly Sports Group, for "Intersectionality of Change," a four-part series looking at how sports can empower people to use their voices and become change agents for social justice.
We encourage the community to come together and craft a narrative for impact and will provide a space to explore key topics and motivate attendees to act on what is discussed.
Our goal is to see what change has taken place and how can we continue it.
This final session, moderated by Luke Fedlam of the Anomaly Sports Group and Porter-Wright, focuses on "Reporting Out, Moving Forward" and will involve a 70-minute talk including Q&A for a detailed and personal conversation with people and organizations that include:
Kevin Warren, Big Ten Commissioner
Akilah Carter-Francique, San Jose State Study of Sport, Society, and Social Change:
Moushaumi Robinson, Olympian, TeamUSA Racial & Social Justice Council Chair
- Belkis Clark, Buckeye Inclusion
