Zach joined the Career Success team after working as senior career advisor at Buckeye Commons, supporting students and alumni through one-on-one advising and campus-wide presentations. 

He currently serves as the assistant director of industry connections, where he leads strategic employer engagement initiatives and builds partnerships across key industry sectors to expand experiential learning, recruiting pipelines, and career opportunities for students. In this role, Zach collaborates closely with employers, campus partners, and student-facing teams to strengthen industry-informed programming and enhance Buckeyes’ access to high-impact career pathways.

Zach’s academic foundation is rooted in sports, with a bachelor’s degree in sport management and marketing, as well as a master of business administration and a master of sports administration from Ohio University.
