The first session of Sports and Society Initiative's "Intersectionality of Change," focused on "Understanding the Intersectionality of Change," and included a 45-minute talk, followed by 30-minute breakout room session with our thought leaders, who included:

• Max Rodney, Ohio State fencer, member of Redefining Athletic Standards
• Kim Doran, Director of Instructional Support Services in SASSO, President & Provost Council of Women
• Yannick Kluch, assistant professor at Rowan University and core team member, Team USA Council on Racial and Social Justice
