The Sports and Society Institute will conclude its yearlong Career Readiness Series with an internship preparation session focused on helping students take the next step toward sports-related professional opportunities.
Led by Zach Howman of Arts and Sciences Career Success, this session will help students prepare for internship searches, applications, interviews and follow-up communication.
Students will learn how to identify strong opportunities, understand what employers may be looking for, organize application materials and approach the internship process with confidence.
This session is especially useful for students pursuing opportunities connected to athletics, sports media, communications, marketing, event operations, leadership, research and other sports career paths.
Students preparing for the Ohio State Athletics Job and Internship Fair and upcoming summer or academic-year internships are strongly encouraged to attend.
