The Sports and Society Institute will launch its yearlong Career Readiness Series with a foundations session designed to help students begin preparing for sports internships, career fairs and professional opportunities.
Led by Zach Howman of Arts and Sciences Career Success, this session will help students understand what career readiness means and how to begin building the skills, materials and confidence needed to pursue opportunities in the sports industry.
This session is a great starting point for students interested in sports media, athletics, communications, marketing, event operations, leadership, research or other sports-related career paths.
Students will leave with a clearer understanding of how to prepare for upcoming SSI career programming, the Career Readiness Fair, the Ohio State Athletics Job and Internship Fair and future internship opportunities.
