The Sports Analytics Association at the Ohio State University is hosting its third Sports Analytics Conference March 31-April 1, 2023, in conjunction with the Ohio State Sports & Society Initiative. We are seeking student researchers to submit a poster of their sports-related research projects. Students with promising poster submissions will be invited to give a seven-minute presentation of their work at the conference. Outstanding presentations and posters will be recognized at the conference.
All student researchers will be invited to display their posters at the Ohio State Sports Analytics conference throughout the day and time will be designated for poster discussion. Students can bring their printed posters or make arrangements for us to print for $15. In-person presentations will take place on the Ohio State campus on April 1. Virtual presentations will take place on March 31 via Zoom. Presenters will be chosen from poster submissions based on quality, topic, and prohibitive travel distances requiring a virtual presentation. Ohio State students are expected to present in person.
All submissions must be a poster in .pdf format capable of being printed 36-by-48 inches or less. If you wish to be considered for a presentation, please submit by March 1.
